Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluations and treatment planning. Experience supervising PT Assistants and aides preferred. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records for evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Details: Days. Schedule preference noted: 4x9s and 1x4 preferred (client-preferred schedule). Start: Assignment begins in April 2026; 13 week assignment. May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
