Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location: In facility Reporting to: Director of Rehab Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver occupational therapy interventions that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence. Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. Adapt therapy approaches to the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by ACOTE. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
