Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:The Pricing Operations Snr Manager will become the forefront leader of HPEN Pricing across three GEO’s; NAM, LASER LATAM and LASER SOUTH. This role requires an in-depth understanding of all sales cycle business processes; Sales strategy, Pricing Strategy, financial modelling and a strong business understanding of the HPEN portfolio. This role will lead and govern all elements of Pricing operations across these Geos, partnering with Sales Leadership to drive and ensure efficient pricing operations, as well as partnering with a multitude of pan-HPE and pan-HPEN departments to implement and execute on the overall Pricing Operations long term plan.This role is a senior people manager within the Sales Operations function, accountable for ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across operational teams. The Snr Manager serves as the single point of accountability for operational excellence, strategy execution, governance alignment and enablement, while building and leading a high-performing Pricing Operations team with distinct Geo nuances.This role will fundamentally reshape pricing operations across these Geos, delivering insights, enabling growth and scalability while transforming and modernizing the operational pricing processes. Success requires strong executive presence, agility in ambiguous environments, relentless focus on value realization and a laser focus on efficiency and simplification.How you’ll make an impactDefine & build the HPEN AMS & LASER Pricing Operations function,Partner with and support Sales Leaders across all facets of Pricing & Pricing Operations,Partner with and support wider Sales Operations, Product Management and Finance functions across all facets of Pricing & Pricing Operations,Hold accountability for all areas of pricing – no-touch through high-touch,Create, structure, and execute a range of pricing requests for large, complex deals, modelling various outcomes based on deal dynamics,Drive financial and market analyses, build financial models, and develop business cases that support executive decisions,Produce polished, executive‑level presentations and materials to influence stakeholders and secure alignmentDrive innovation and change within daily operations, focusing on simplification, automation and modernization of Pricing processes,Heavily invest time & leadership into the HPEN integration project to being Aruba & Juniper into one global process for all aspects of CPQ,Reduce & remove redundant pricing practices, and remove barriers to efficiency within the pricing processes,Maintain & exceed exceptional pricing time to market metrics and pricing function SLA’s,Fostering a culture of excellence through accountability and commitment to high standards and continuous improvement within the team.Key attributes10+ years of experience in an Operational or Business Process role, with extensive people management experience. Strong commercial and financial acumen balanced with technical skills and performance management. Hands‑on experience with digital, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled initiatives. Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority and drive alignment across functions. Strong program and execution management skills: roadmap development, benefits tracking, risk management, and partner oversight.
