Registered Nurse - Psych/Rehab Float Unit

Location: Largo, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 5:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Psych/Rehab Float Unit provides comprehensive patient care in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position requires flexibility to float between facilities and participate in a team-oriented approach to patient treatment and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and adjust as necessary.
• Monitor patient progress and record observations and vital signs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
• Participate in patient assessments and treatment planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in psych/rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• BLS certification required.
