Structural Bridge Engineer - Project Manager

Position : Structural Bridge Engineer – Project Manager (Cleveland, Ohio) Annual Compensation: $95,000 – $185,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards. Bridge Engineering Project Manager – Essential Functions Manage scope, fees, and profitability of individual projects and project portfolio. Serve as client point person and project manager, maintaining strong client relationships. Assist in new sales efforts for client projects under management. Coordinate internal transportation disciplines with sub-consultants and clients. Lead multidisciplinary teams and understand all transportation disciplines related to bridge design projects. Support Deputy Operations Manager in maintaining PM best practices. On larger projects, may or may not be directly involved in design. Report employee performance on projects to Operations Management. Provide staffing information to Deputy Operations Manager for future projects. Assist in informal development of other employees. Other duties as assigned. Education & Credentials Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required; M.S. degree in a relevant discipline preferred. P.E. license required. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus. Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering. Experience working with DOTs required. Project team leadership experience. Project and client management experience. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills required. MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil‑3D software experience is preferred.
