Hi-Tech Controls & Automation is seeking a dependable Shipping Clerk to help prepare and ship customer orders accurately and on time. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and label customer orders.
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipments with carriers.
• Check part numbers, quantities, and packaging before orders leave the warehouse.
• Receive incoming deliveries and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate with sales and warehouse team members to resolve order discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read part numbers and follow written instructions.
• Ability to lift and move packages safely.
• Experience with electrical or industrial automation products is a plus.
• Able to operate a forklift to load and unload shipments as needed
