We are hiring Network Admin - Onsite for a Contract To Hire position in Englewood, CO

Location: Englewood, CO (Onsite)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support its enterprise Cisco network environment. This is a backfill opportunity requiring someone who can quickly integrate with the team and take ownership of day-to-day network operations with minimal ramp-up.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Cisco wireless, switching, and routing in an enterprise environment and enjoy troubleshooting and maintaining production networks.

This is an operational support role rather than a network architecture position the initial JD client shared was much more senior; however, we have tweaked to meet both the needs and budget. Details below:

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise Cisco network infrastructure

• Administer Cisco switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues

• Monitor and maintain production network environments

• Perform firmware upgrades and routine maintenance

• Support VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core networking services

• Assist with network documentation and configuration management

• Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to resolve issues

• Participate in scheduled maintenance and after-hours support as needed

Required Skills

• 4+ years of enterprise network administration experience

• Strong Cisco switching experience

• Strong Cisco routing experience

• Strong Cisco wireless experience

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Experience supporting production enterprise environments

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Catalyst Center

• Cisco ISE (highly preferred)

• Check Point firewall familiarity

• Infoblox

• CCNA or CCNP certification

Estimated Pay Range: 100-110
