Salary: $23 - $30 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and electrical or mechanical repairs on a variety of equipment. Work with engineers to set up, calibrate, and support manufacturing systems. Use sophisticated programs to collect and analyze data, making real‑time adjustments to products and equipment. Conduct rework and quality testing to ensure the highest standards are met. Document and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely. Collaborate with a team to solve problems and continuously improve our processes. What You’ll Bring A high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade environment. A strong electro‑mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new systems and procedures quickly. A high level of initiative, a curious mind, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving. The flexibility to work off‑hours if needed. Essential Functions Work in a smoke‑free environment. Manual lifting up to 50 lbs. Stand for 8 hours at a time. Work up to 8 hours of overtime per week. Work weekends. Skills Electronic Maintenance. Mechanical Maintenance (2 years of experience required). Blueprint Reading. Analytical Thinking (2 years of experience required). Problem Solving (2 years of experience required). Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years. Experience level: Experienced.
