Family Office Finance Associate

Our client, an Investment Management firm is hiring for a unique finance opportunity supporting the financial affairs and investment activities of a small group of ultra-high-net-worth principals within a sophisticated investment environment. This role sits at the intersection of accounting, investments, family office operations, and strategic financial administration. The individual will have exposure to ownership reporting, investment structures, estate planning initiatives, philanthropic activity, and special projects, while helping build scalable processes for a growing function. This is a highly visible role, this person will work directly with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to complex financial matters, and take on responsibilities that are difficult to find in a traditional accounting, finance, or family office environment. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in accounting or finance and experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, family office operations, private banking clients, or related environments. Compensation is competitive, with a hybrid schedule in Fairfield County.
