We thrive on challenges and believe in fair compensation for dedication, detail, and professionalism.Responsibilities:Perform installation and alteration of refrigeration systems and related equipment/facilitiesFamiliar with start-up and shut-down processes in production plantsAbility to troubleshoot electrical components with the meter when equipment is downPerforms PMs, maintains all assigned equipment and systems, and ensures all systems are performing in a safe and functional manner at all timesRepairs and maintains all assigned systems/equipment throughout the plant and making sure they operate according to the required standardsMaintains and performs preventative maintenance activities and conducts repairs on all assigned systems/equipmentRequirements:Ammonia refrigeration experience or refrigeration experienceElectrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsThe ability to perform in a fast-paced environmentExperience with air compressors and associated control systemsGood communication skills to ensure timely repairs of equipment and issues that arise3+ years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician in an industrial environmentKnowledge of EPA regulationsKnowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and compressorsAmmonia refrigeration troubleshooting and repairAbility to climb ladders and stairsAbility to work in a wide variety of temperaturesWill be required to work weekends as needed to meet customer needsGood communication skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to work unsupervisedTravel requiredBenefits:MedicalDentalVision401(k)Life Insurance
