Job Title: Part-Time Restoration Technician

Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Shelby, NC
Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM (hours vary). Occasional Saturdays as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This position is primarily field-based and involves assisting customers during property damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while providing excellent customer service during challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove debris including dust, drywall, insulation, and construction materials from job sites

• Perform demolition work as directed by the Mitigation Lead and/or Manager

• Prepare work areas by staging equipment and setting up containment when required

• Follow project scopes and complete assigned mitigation tasks accurately and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and any onsite issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each project

• Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup to ensure worksites are left clean and orderly

• Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

• Must be able to wear required PPE on all job sites

• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous demolition, construction, restoration, or general labor experience

• Experience working with hand and power tools

• Knowledge of restoration or mitigation practices is a plus, but not required
