Job Summary Sam's Club location: 5702 BALT NATNL PIKE, CATONSVILLE, MD 21228-1306. Responsibilities include shipment management, receiving, and safety compliance. Responsibilities Develop and post delivery schedules for inbound shipments. Compile and organize receiving reports; verify merchandise counts and route items to proper locations. Receive merchandise, maintain the receiving area, and complete required documentation. Process claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, and maintaining the clearance area. Use technology to capture required reporting and documentation. Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, the proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials according to company guidelines. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and implement related action plans. Prioritize work using policies, data, and available resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicate progress and information; recommend improvement opportunities and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback.
