In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements. Ability to document services accurately and on time Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
