Core Daily Duties

• Filling Prescriptions: Count pills, measure liquids, and package medications into bottles.
• Labeling: Print and attach correct labels with patient and dosage details.
• Data Entry: Enter patient profiles, medical history, and new prescription orders into the computer.
• Administrative Tasks
• Customer Service: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and hand out finished orders.
• Billing: Process insurance claims and handle point-of-sale cash register payments.
• Doctor Communication: Call or fax doctor offices to request prescription refills or clarifications.
• Inventory Management: Restock shelves, check expiration dates, and order new supplies.
• Expired Medication returns, Blister pack and multi dose packaging
