Construction Manager

Overview Champion Window is seeking an Installation Manager to lead, monitor, coach and hold the division team accountable in achieving operational goals within our core exterior home improvement products, including windows, sunrooms, doors and siding. The role requires early start times and occasional Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Lead, monitor, coach and hold Installation Supervisors, Service/Measure Technicians, Production Specialists, and installers accountable for meeting customer experience, revenue, cost of goods, accounts receivable, product service, and recruiting objectives. Monitor key business reports, dashboards and KPIs such as uninstall reporting, accounts receivable, work in progress, cost of goods, service reporting, stage payments, cycle times. Proactively manage customer satisfaction, respond within 24 hours to inquiries, and personally visit customers with complaints. Monitor and manage cost of goods, inventory, accruals, job costing, invoicing and big‑box store purchases to ensure division profitability. Coach, foster teamwork, accountability and trust across operations, sales and centralized teams; recognize employee excellence and address under‑performance. Forecast staffing, training, measuring, installation and service capacity; accurately forecast by ordering, scheduling, updating system information, managing inventory and complying with installation revenue policies. Advance operational capacity, forecast revenue, maintain scheduling and ensure 100% installation completion, 100% payment and customer post‑installation communication. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or remodeling. Ability to supervise and train others and create organized schedules. Creative and practical problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer software competencies (MS Office 365). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay with quarterly bonuses.
