Speaker Bureau and KOL Operations Manager

Mission Overview As a member of Dexcom’s Clinical Education Team you will transform cutting‑edge clinical evidence into compelling narratives that empower healthcare professionals (HCPs), customers, and colleagues. You will develop and deliver educational resources that promote adoption of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology and help shape the standard of care for people living with diabetes. Duties and Responsibilities Forge and expand relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential healthcare professionals nationwide. Serve as the trusted partner that connects KOLs, the Dexcom Speakers Bureau, and external partners to amplify CGM education. Build, support, and optimize clinical education and market‑strategy programs aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with advisory boards, coordinate training, and enable performance for KOLs and Speakers. Shape peer‑to‑peer education programs and drive advocacy to position CGM as the standard of care. Lead clinical education for HCPs by supporting product launches, training sessions, and workshops. Develop concise, evidence‑based presentations and educational materials for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and diabetes educators. Present at local, regional, and national programs, translating research into engaging stories. Work cross‑functionally with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Marketing, PR, Sales & Marketing, and Clinical Affairs teams. Serve as the go‑to clinical education resource for internal Dexcom teams. Provide clinical leadership and resources to the Speakers Bureau and Field Sales & Training teams. Design, track, and evaluate education strategy and success metrics such as speaker utilization, engagement, and ROI. Ensure all program materials are on‑label and clinically approved. Develop content and messaging that supports marketing, sales, and education initiatives. Seek collaborations with HCPs, diabetes societies, and educational institutions. Support educational needs with industry partners. Qualifications Professional experience in clinical education, commercial education, speaker bureau programs, or healthcare program strategy. Clinical degree (RN, RD, PharmD, NP) or CDCES certification preferred but not required. Experience supporting or leading clinical education, speaker bureau, or peer‑to‑peer education programs within a commercial or cross‑functional environment. Demonstrated ability to design, manage, or optimize education programs, define success metrics, assess speaker performance, and improve program quality and scalability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas. Expertise in developing high‑quality educational content and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences. Strong collaborator who thrives in cross‑functional teams and builds shared results. Preferred Qualifications Clinical background in diabetes, CGM, or patient care. Experience with speaker bureau or peer‑to‑peer education programs. Experience with program analytics, performance tracking, or education strategy. Familiarity with healthcare compliance, regulatory environments, or KOL engagement models. Solid understanding of Dexcom CGM, competitive products, and emerging diabetes therapeutics. Enthusiastic learner who keeps up with industry trends and thinks creatively about education needs. Experience and Education Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience; at this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
