You'll help with personal care tasks, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties, all while creating meaningful connections with those in your care. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and clean environment, responding to residents' needs promptly, and being a supportive presence in their lives. You'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and making each day brighter for them. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Basic computer skills: navigate digital systems to access resident information and communicate effectively. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear and compassionate communication with residents, families, and your team members. Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and demonstrate empathy and patience.
