In addition to performing advanced treatments, youll conduct consultations, educate patients on their options and aftercare, and collaborate with the clinic team to achieve operational goals./ph3Compensation/h3pThis role is based in our Doral location, with a starting hourly rate of $55.00 plus weekend differential. Additional performance-based incentives available!/ppOur brand new Doral location is opening on June 25th! However, there is opportunity to start sooner! The anticipated start date will be on June 8th!/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide Patient-Focused Care: Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation, ensuring a high standard of safety and patient satisfaction./liliConduct Comprehensive Consultations: Assess patient needs, offer personalized treatment recommendations, and educate patients on procedures and aftercare to support informed decisions./liliMaintain Clinical Excellence: Deliver treatments with precision, adhering strictly to LaserAways clinical protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)./liliCollaborate with Clinic Teams: Partner with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to align on clinic goals, optimize patient schedules, and support operational success./liliMonitor and Follow Up with Patients: Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments, providing follow-up care and addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction./liliHandle Equipment and Inventory: Safely operate aesthetic devices and assist with inventory management to ensure the clinic is prepared to deliver seamless patient experiences./liliAddress Patient Concerns: Manage entries in the Patient Concern Queue by responding promptly and thoroughly to maintain trust and loyalty./liliSupport a Positive Environment: Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes both patient care and staff morale./li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliEducation: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license./liliExperience: ulliMinimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience required (excluding nursing school clinical rotations)./liliThis position is not open to new graduates; applicants must have post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting./li/ul/liliSkills: Strong multitasking abilities with a collaborative and patient-focused mindset./liliProfessionalism: Demonstrated commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and alignment with LaserAways brand values./liliFlexibility: Availability for evenings and weekends to accommodate clinic schedules./li/ulh3Preferred Background/h3ulliIdeal candidates have experience in acute care, med-surg, ICU, ER, or a related hospital setting./liliHome health, skilled nursing, and rehab facility experience may be considered if it includes substantial hands-on patient care in a high-volume setting./li/ulh3Why Youll Love It Here/h3ulliProfessional Growth: We invest in your success.
