No call. 3 patients per hour a sustainable, quality-focused pace 2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider Epic EMR Incredible benefits package HRSA Score of 19 eligible for several loan forgiveness programs including NHSC The Role Under the direction of the CMO, you will deliver comprehensive primary care to individuals and families across the full age spectrum in a federally qualified community health center setting. Clinical responsibilities include: Comprehensive health maintenance and continuity of care for diverse patient panels Diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury, including minor surgical procedures Physical examinations, preventive medicine, and behavioral health integration Formulating differential diagnoses, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, implementing treatment plans Referrals to specialists as clinically indicated Supervision and chart sign-off for mid-level providers Qualifications Required: MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine Board Certified in a Primary Care discipline Current California medical license (MD or DO) Current Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English What You'll Be Part Of DAP Health's Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model puts the patient-clinician relationship at the center of everything.
