Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – South Carolina

Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, night shift, weekend coverage required

Highlights:

• Intensive Care Unit position with diverse patient population including cardiac, respiratory, neurosurgical, trauma, and stroke patients
• Epic electronic medical records system
• Patient ratio of 1:2 with 12-hour orientation provided
• Float responsibility to CICU and other units as needed
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and phlebotomy
• Exposure to advanced procedures including CRRT, targeted temperature management, EVD drains, and acute stroke protocols

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license required at time of application (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, ventilator management, and ABG interpretation
• Two supervisory references required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
