Data Governance Business Analyst

Job Title

Business Initiative/Purpose: Cross-enterprise Privacy and Data Governance standard creation and implementation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create Privacy and Data Governance Standards, Procedures, and Frameworks.
• Design and implement privacy requirements into key processes and tools across the enterprise.
• Develop, monitor, and report privacy metrics.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:
• Enforcing TCPA, CPRA, GLBA, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
• Developing and delivering Privacy and Data Governance policies and standards.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving the following:
• Implementing Data Governance by Design.
• Designing and executing Data Governance implementation roadmaps.
• Experience creating AI prompts and leveraging AI to deliver data governance-related efficiencies.
