Responsibilities Provide light housekeeping services, including laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying, to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for our clients Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and games Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Assist with medication reminders and management, as directed by our clients' healthcare providers Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Collaborate with our team of caregivers and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet our clients’ unique needs and goals Requirements 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods if needed Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license (if applicable) Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $19 - $21.00 (dependent on experience) Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and rewarding work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Upscale-Home-Care
