Customer Experience Associate

Inova Retail and Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday – Friday, variable shift.

Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:

* Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days. * Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock. * Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name, date of birth, allergies, and insurance information. * Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register. * Insures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws. * Completes daily and monthly deposit reports. * Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory. * Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Education: High School or GED.

* Experience: One (1) year experience in customer service.
