Residency Education & Compliance Coordinator

Independence Health System

Independence Health System seeks a skilled coordinator to manage day-to-day residency activities, lectures, and applicant interviews. You will support program directors, track licensing and credentialing using the Residency Software System, and handle payroll/records for residents and interns. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
