Sales Associate

This is an outside sales opportunity with a growing company seeking to add a new team member. The role focuses on developing new business and managing customer relationships within the specialty chemicals/personal care industry. Candidates should be based near Little Falls, NJ, as they will work from the office when not traveling for client meetings. Key Responsibilities Build and grow a sales territory by developing new business and managing existing accounts. Conduct sales calls primarily with purchasing departments, including relationship-building meetings and client lunches. Travel locally throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania for customer visits. Prospect for new customers while following up on company-provided leads. Work independently to meet reasonable sales quotas. Qualifications 2–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in specialty chemicals, personal care, or a related industry. Candidates with technical, formulation, or chemical backgrounds who want to transition into sales are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication, relationship-building, and prospecting skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Personal care industry experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus.
