SENIOR ARCHITECT

Salary: $11,437.00 - $14,315.00 per month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Senior Architect – Facilities and Development / Southern Service Center Reporting Location: San Diego, CA. Under the general direction of the Supervising Architect. Responsibilities: The incumbent will plan, organize, design, and manage architectural projects for the CA State Parks Southern Service Center, including administrative, service, and sanitary buildings; museums and visitor centers; retail outlets; marinas; major recreational developments; off‑highway vehicle recreation areas; and overnight facilities ranging from tent camps to hotels/motels. Training and Development Assignments may be considered. Requires a valid Class C driver’s license. Telework Eligible – office centered. Department: California State Parks – mission is to preserve California’s natural and cultural resources and provide high‑quality outdoor recreation. Job Details Number of Positions: 1.
