Sales Consultant

Job Overview Bilingual Preferred – Spanish. May provide support to store locations in Easton, PA; Flemington, NJ; Bridgewater, NJ; and Somerville, NJ as needed. Your role is to help customers find the right mattress and improve their sleep. You will be a trusted sleep authority and provide best-in-class products. Responsibilities Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.). Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Compensation Competitive pay range of $58,000 - $64,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
