Competitive pay $18-$21/hr DOE 36-40 hours per week, 2 Saturdays per month. 10:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm Saturdays. Lunch breaks Medical & Bonus potential Qualifications Driven to climb the company ladder Possess a winning attitude Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Have at least one year of previous sales experience Have strong phone and computer skills Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Share personal chiropractic experience and stories Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast‑paced environment Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members and patients Office management or marketing experience is a plus Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time Able to lift up to 50 pounds Uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values: TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY Responsibilities Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner Provide excellent services to members and patients Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals Greet members and patients upon arrival; check them in for the chiropractor Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions Recognize and support team goals and create positive relationships with team members Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow policies, procedures, and direction Willingness to learn and grow; accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning tool #J-18808-Ljbffr The Joint Chiropractic
