You will develop and manage roadmaps, drive strategic planning, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of consumer and small business users. You will act as an expert on customer needs and manage solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.This role is specifically to manage the integration strategy between Centrix DTS and core providers, card processors, and other ancillary integrations.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product related solutions.Define and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for new products and enhancements.Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.Monitor product performance, adoption, financial results, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to successfully deliver product initiatives.Represent the product with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert on commercial payments and digital banking.Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGETypically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.Demonstrable experience in software product managementExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesExcel and data analysis proficiencySelf-starter with ability to deliver results independentlyExperience with Pendo or other user analytics applications is a plusThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Health & WellnessHybrid Work OpportunitiesFlexible Time Off Career Development & Mentoring Programs Health & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parents Community Volunteering & Company Philanthropy Programs Employee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”Click here to find out more about the benefits we offer.Our Culture & Commitment:We’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
