Dispatcher/Valet-OVERNIGHT

 

Pay Rate: $19.29 per hour 

Job Type: Full-time 

Location: Canopy, Commerce City, CO

Shifts Available: Overnight, Swings, Weekends & Holidays

What we're looking for:*

• leads and directs shuttles, accountable based on assigned duties
• Serves as central control for day-to-day vehicle communications, trip routing and handling emergency situations
• Diligently monitors shuttles to include on time performance, vehicle pull outs and properly documents rider no-shows
• Meets with the Account Manager on a regular basis to discuss KPI's goals and objectives for the department, and secure goals are being met or exceeded
• Promotes teamwork environment and effective communication between dispatchers, supervisors and operators
• Coordinate problem resolution amoung operators, supervisors and public
• Communicate clear direction and response over radio with operators and supervisors utilizing established radio codes
• Influences positive employee morale and quality customer service
• Monitor operator sign-in and sign-out utlilizing computer-aided dispatching and routing tools
• May be required to drive in service when required.
• Documents service disruption issues utilizing dispatch log
• Ensures accurate assignment of vehicles and operators

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self parked vehicles
• Impress us by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping guest with items weighing up to 50lbs
• May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• High School degree preferred.
• Your drivers license for at least 2 years.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.

Exigencias físicas y condiciones de trabajo (incluyendo, pero no limitado a):

Las exigencias físicas de este puesto y las características del entorno laboral descritas a continuación representan las que debe cumplir un empleado para desempeñar las funciones esenciales de este cargo.
