Founding Partner & Lead Physical Therapist (Health & Vitality Upstart)

Are you a visionary Physical Therapist tired of the traditional, volume-driven clinic model? Welcome to a true partnership. We are launching a modern, multi-disciplinary health and vitality business, and we are looking for a Founding Partner & Lead Physical Therapist to build the practice from the ground up.

This is not a typical employment offer. You will have full clinical autonomy, a direct stake in the business's footprint, and a unique financial structure designed to reward your drive and expertise.

The Financial Model: Unlimited Earning Potential

We believe you should keep the fruits of your labor. Our partner model is simple and transparent:

• Low Overhead, High Reward: You are only responsible for covering your prorated share of the facility's lease and operational expenses.
• Uncapped Income: Once your share of the baseline expenses is met, 100% of the remaining revenue you generate is yours to keep. There are no corporate caps, no split percentages on your growth, and no limits on how much you can earn. Your income is entirely dictated by your ambition.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Act as the founding clinical authority for the physical therapy division, designing patient care pathways focused on longevity, vitality, and performance.
• Business Growth: Leverage your local reputation and networking skills to build a robust patient pipeline.
• Collaborative Care: Partner with other health, wellness, and vitality practitioners within the facility to provide a holistic, 360-degree approach to client wellness.
• Practice Management: Manage your own scheduling, billing preferences, and patient documentation (with shared access to cutting-edge facility amenities).

What We Are Looking For

• The Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don't just want a job; you want to build a legacy and run your own practice without the massive solo overhead of renting an entire building yourself.
• Clinical Excellence: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state, with a strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, or wellness/longevity medicine.

• Forward-Thinking Mentality: An interest in integrating physical therapy with broader vitality concepts (e.g., functional genomics, recovery science, movement longevity, preventative health).
