This gives our team members access to additional scheduling flexibility and opportunities to pick up extra shifts at nearby stores when available-helping you maximize your earning potential while maintaining control of your schedule.

What We're Looking For

Valid Illinois Cosmetology or Barber License
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look their best
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Salon experience is preferred but not required.

New graduate? New to men's haircuts? No problem-we'll provide the training and support you need to build a successful career.
