Full Time Assistant Manager

Cato is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager to join it's team in Tuscaloosa, AL. At Cato Fashions, we believe a woman shouldn't have to spend a lot of money to feel confident and beautiful. We want women to count on us for the latest trends at affordable prices. Whether you are looking to dress up for a special occasion, accessorize a new outfit, or just wanting to keep your wardrobe fresh and up-to-date, Cato is here for you every step of the way. Responsibilities: Assist in directing the objectives for the entire store including staffing/personnel management, merchandising, expense control, sales generation/customer service, loss prevention, planning and forecasting. Qualifications: Two years of retail store management experience required. Multi-store management experience preferred.
