Qualifications

About You... You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, or related field, preferred.

Knowledge Required:

• Extensive knowledge of banking and lending operations and procedures and the various regulations and standard banking practices.
• Strong knowledge of CRA eligible relationships and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of loan products, including CRE, C&I, Construction, and Lines of Credit and Government Guaranteed Lending Products.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales, networking, and client relationship-building experience.
• Proven experience in meeting production goals.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient skills in designing business development plans and marketing strategies.
• Strong business development techniques, networking, client relationship-building, and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze and handle credit requests.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, dress and attitude.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software package and other banking systems and software.
• Ability to operate standard computer hardware, software, and other office equipment including, but not limited to telephone, copier/scanner, and fax machine.
