Meal Service: Ensure meals are served in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality, portion control, and presentation. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment by following food safety and sanitation procedures. Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and quality service. Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed. Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management and help track food supplies. Report shortages or order needs to the Dietary Manager. Resident Engagement: Respond to special dietary requests and accommodate residents’ food preferences, ensuring satisfaction with meals served. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including safe food handling and proper sanitation practices.
