Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic logistics and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive supply chain analytics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize purchasing strategies through direct negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Oracle EBS systems to monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and production planning processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or delays and implement corrective actions aligned with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop demand forecasting models using quantitative analysis techniques to improve inventory demand planning accuracy.
• Support logistics inventory management by analyzing transportation costs, delivery schedules, and warehouse operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives employing Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean management methodologies to enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units to align production planning with demand forecasts and inventory control strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on supply chain metrics for executive review, highlighting areas for strategic enhancements.
• Engage in process standardization efforts across departments to promote efficiency and reduce waste.

Skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for supply chain analytics.
• Strong experience with SAP ERP systems, Oracle EBS, and other ERP platforms related to supply chain management.
• Expertise in SQL database querying for data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), demand forecasting analysis, and inventory demand planning.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen events, and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions within complex supply chains.
• Experience in logistics inventory management, procurement negotiations, and demand planning processes.
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills combined with strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows, production planning strategies, and inventory control systems.
