Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts (1900–0730)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Department patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics
• Perform triage assessments to prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Deliver treatment interventions in accordance with established emergency care protocols
• Coordinate and execute discharge planning and discharge care for ED patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of acute care experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA or ARC)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• NIHSS certification and recent EPIC experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department setting
