We’re looking for a Shift Leader who leads with energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for hospitality. In this role, you’ll set the tone for each shift—guiding your team, supporting operations, and ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example, creating a positive and focused shift environment
• Deliver and uphold exceptional guest service standards
• Step in quickly and confidently to resolve guest concerns
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day reporting
• Support scheduling, inventory, and labor efficiency
• Reinforce food safety and team accountability
• Help develop and support front-of-house team members
