IT Technical Systems Support Analyst

To support ongoing operational needs, the full-time IT Technical Systems Support Analyst will manage incident resolution, maintain compliance with IT governance standards, and serve as a liaison for technical requests while ensuring the efficiency of the technical host system. Key responsibilities Oversee incident, request, and change management for business and technical tickets Identify areas for process improvements and ensure compliance with best practices and standards Document system specifications and contribute to project completion within allocated timeframes Required qualifications Bachelor's or associate's degree, or a minimum of seven years in an IT support position Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery practices Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and MS SQL Server permissions Experience with Cognizant/TriZetto Facets and FedRamp policies is a plus Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems
