Your impact

• Diagnose, repair, and optimize hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Fabricate components; perform welding, torch cutting, and light carpentry
• Complete preventive maintenance per schedule, documenting findings
• Lead with safe work habits and promote a safe environment
• Support operations with additional tasks as assigned

Pay, shifts, and training

• Rate: $34.20 per hour to start during 1st shift training for 90 days, 7:00AM–3:00PM
• Shift differentials: $2.00 per hour weekday nights; $2.50 per hour weekend nights
• Training schedule: Monday–Friday; 7:00AM–3:00PM
• Schedule needs: Weekday nights, 7PM–7AM (3 days one week and 4 days the next); Weekend nights, 7PM–7AM (3 days one week and 4 days the next)
• Overtime: As deemed necessary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and sound decision making
• Comfort operating various machines and shop tools
• Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
