Responsibilities Own and optimize production processes for aerospace components Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase throughput Partner with engineering to troubleshoot and implement design improvements Develop and maintain clear work instructions, procedures, and test methods Support prototyping, tooling, and CAM programming activitiesMentor technicians and promote best practices on the shop floor Evaluate suppliers, materials, and production readiness Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 4+ years in manufacturing (aerospace or high-spec environments preferred) Hands‑on experience with CNC machining, tooling, and production equipment Strong background in lean/continuous improvement (Kaizen, A3, Poka‑Yoke) Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing systems (ERP, Power BI a plus) Ability to read technical drawings and drive data‑based decisions Strong communication and leadership skills Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
