Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP or clinical fellow (CFY) status welcomed
• Previous experience with elementary-age students in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect services to meet IEP goals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy sessions for elementary students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in line with IEP requirements
• Develop, implement, and document therapy plans and student progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and data meetings during contract hours
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
