By conducting comprehensive failure analysis, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and developing innovative methodologies, you will contribute to Intel's leadership in semiconductor manufacturing and help shape the future of advanced technology development. Key Responsibilities Conduct yield and failure analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions that enhance product yield and reliability Analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights Develop and implement advanced methodologies and techniques to improve analysis quality, efficiency, and manufacturing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve complex technical challenges Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement quality programs to optimize manufacturing performance and standards Evaluate materials, processes, and techniques used in production to ensure compliance with quality and reliability requirements Specify and develop inspection and testing mechanisms to identify and address non-conformances and process deviations Lead technology transfer efforts and new product qualifications from development through high-volume manufacturing Perform risk assessments and manage process changes to prevent quality excursions and ensure manufacturing readiness Develop tools, algorithms, and systems for high-volume data analysis to identify critical process improvements and yield enhancement opportunities Annual Salary Range For jobs to be performed in Rio Rancho, NM: $130,866 - $170,630 USD Qualifications PhD Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, &/or Computer Engineering, or Science, or other STEM-related degree Job Type Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America) Primary Location US, New Mexico, Albuquerque Benefits We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
