That person could be you, whether you're coming in with years of field experience or you're just starting out.The OpportunityThis is a field job. You're not sitting at a desk, you're not answering phones in a call center — you're out every day, driving to client offices, figuring out what's wrong, fixing it, and moving on to the next one. Some days are straightforward. Some days you're tracking down a problem nobody else could solve. Either way, you're the one who makes it right. If you already have experience in this field, we want to hear from you — we'll pay for that knowledge. If you're newer to it but you've always been the one people call when something's broken, we can work with that too. We'd rather train the right person than settle for the wrong one.What You'll DoShow up to customer locations and diagnose what's wrong with their Canon or Kyocera equipment — then fix itInstall new machines and walk clients through the basics so they're not calling us back the next dayHandle network and connectivity issues: IP configuration, scanning-to-email, print drivers, the whole pictureTake ownership of your assigned route and customer service. Dispatch sets the schedule; you ensure each stop is completed safely, efficiently, and professionallyLog your work accurately and keep dispatch in the loopBe someone customers are glad to see walk through the doorYou Need to BringMechanical instincts — you're the one who always had to see how something works before you put it back togetherA solid understanding of electronics: circuits, power supplies, and basic electrical troubleshootingIT know-how to set up a network printer, assign an IP, and troubleshoot a driver installAbility to read and follow wiring diagrams, error codes, and service manuals independentlyA valid NJ driver's license with a clean recordAbility to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodationPeople skills – you'll interact with clients throughout the day, so a professional, approachable manner is essentialWhat Helps You Stand OutHands-on experience with copiers, printers, or any electronics repairAn A+ cert, trade school background, or any technical trainingTime in a customer-facing role – experience interacting professionally with others in high-pressure situationsWhat You GetUse of a company vehicle, fuel card, and E-ZPass, with maintenance coveredHands-on training from technicians who've been doing this for decades — not a manual and a wish of good luckA career path that actually goes somewhere: Junior Tech ?
