Our Maintenance Generalists are vital to maintaining our Team Member's safety through problem solving and proactive upkeep. Come be part of our Team.****DUTIES (Include, but are not limited to the following)*** Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team.* Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment.* Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.* Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.* Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment.* Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals.* Minimize downtime due to equipment failure.* Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.* Must be able and willing to furnish your own tools.**SPECIAL SKILLS:*** Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).* Effective communication and basic math skills preferred.* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently.* Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day.* Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop.* Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.* Frequent overhead work.* Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed.* Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Our team members make the difference.
