Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus $5,000 first year bonus guarantee 401(k) with employer match Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays Continuing Education & CEU Reimbursement up to $3,500 Mentorship Program for New Graduates Opportunities for career advancement in outpatient orthopedics Responsibilities Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible) CPR certification Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Outgoing, energetic personality New Graduates Welcome!
