Laser Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our team client’s team in Seneca, SC. The ideal candidate will be committed to producing quality work, following established procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Verify machine setup against specification sheets and work order marking requirements. Inspect the first drill to ensure laser mark accuracy. Ensure tooling diameter meets work order specifications. Package finished tools into tubes or envelopes. Complete second-party verification to ensure tool requirement accuracy. Prepare all required paperwork accurately and completely. Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Accurately enter production transactions into Microsoft Dynamics AX. Maintain strong 5S practices and support Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) standards within the department. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Ability to comprehend instructions, follow procedures, and multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Basic computer skills, including the use of a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and required software applications. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX Production System) is preferred but not required. Schedule: 2nd Shift Starting Pay: $17.76 per hour
