Enterprise Network Architect

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience in enterprise network architecture, high-availability design, and systems modernization.

• Proficiency in Juniper enterprise routing and switching, LAN/WAN architectures, and advanced routing protocols.

• Experience with network security engineering including Fortinet firewalls, SASE, VPNs, and Network Access Control (NAC).

• Experience in cloud and hybrid networking architectures utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with network automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripting.

• Experience in enterprise wireless technologies (Aruba, Cisco), network observability, telemetry, and IPAM systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, and optimize scalable enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, and hybrid cloud networks.

• Establish enterprise network architecture standards, engineering blueprints, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.

• Deploy and configure secure network solutions utilizing Juniper routing, Cisco/Aruba switching, and Fortinet firewalls.

• Build network automation scripts and orchestration workflows using Infrastructure as Code principles to streamline provisioning.

• Implement network telemetry, observability platforms, capacity planning models, and proactive health monitoring dashboards.

• Serve as a Tier III escalation authority for resolving complex network infrastructure outages and priority security incidents.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, facilities, and cloud engineering teams to execute large-scale network modernization initiatives.
