New Car Sales Manager – NissanWe are seeking an experienced, driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our Nissan sales operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to develop a sales team, structure deals, manage inventory, protect gross profit, and consistently achieve Nissan objectives.The ideal candidate is competitive, accountable, process-driven, and comfortable working alongside the team—not managing from an office.Key responsibilities include:Recruit, train, coach, and hold the sales team accountableDrive new-car sales volume, gross profit, market share, and customer retentionManage daily sales activity, appointments, follow-up, and closing performanceDesk deals effectively while balancing profitability and customer satisfactionMaintain strong knowledge of Nissan incentives, rebates, lease programs, and product offeringsOversee new-car inventory, aging, pricing, dealer trades, and model mixEnsure accurate and timely RDRs, reporting, paperwork, and compliancePartner with the Internet Department to improve lead response, appointment shows, and closing ratiosWork closely with F&I to maximize profitability and ensure smooth deal flowMonitor salesperson performance and provide consistent one-on-one coachingMaintain high CSI and ensure every customer receives a professional delivery experienceLead daily meetings, training sessions, and performance reviewsAssist the General Sales Manager and General Manager with achieving monthly objectivesQualifications:Previous automotive sales management experience requiredNissan management experience strongly preferredStrong desking, closing, coaching, and inventory-management skillsWorking knowledge of Nissan systems, programs, and reportingProven ability to achieve volume, gross-profit, CSI, and market-share goalsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordAbility to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekendsWe offer a competitive performance-based compensation plan, benefits, growth opportunities, and the opportunity to lead a high-volume Nissan sales operation.To apply, submit your résumé and a brief summary of your recent sales-management results.
