As an Outside Sales Associate, you’ll meet homeowners at their properties to help them select fencing solutions that best fit their needs, budget, and long-term goals. You’ll conduct personalized, professional consultations, walk properties to take measurements, design thoughtful layouts, and provide clear, transparent pricing rooted in  integrity .

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting through close, representing the company with  professionalism at every touchpoint and building trust through honest communication and reliable follow-through. This is a high-reward, outdoor role supported by comprehensive paid training, a company vehicle with fuel and maintenance covered, and pre-set warm appointments scheduled throughout your day.

What You’ll Do:

• Hunt & Close Deals – Proactively find new opportunities, respond to leads quickly, and follow up strategically.
• Be a Trusted Advisor – Build relationships, design tailored fencing solutions, and guide customers through the process.
• Master the Details – Take precise measurements, prepare accurate estimates, and upload project layouts into our CRM.
• Deliver 5-Star Experiences – Ensure smooth communication from consultation to installation and encourage happy customers to share reviews.
• Drive Growth – Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies, generate leads, and help the business continue its rapid growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Sales-driven and motivated by results, with a strong desire to earn and win.
• Experienced in sales (preferably outside sales or home improvement).
• Excellent communicator who builds trust and strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools.

• Professional demeanor with a team-first, collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
